PRACTICE IS OVERRATED
Some believe that “Practice makes perfect.”
Well, I don’t think that’s entirely true.
Practice makes us better. Practice makes progress. Practice is necessary. But you need more than practice to become elite.
My experience as a Division I basketball player and NBA performance trainer has taught me firsthand that the athletes who make the greatest strides and ultimately achieve their goals, start with practice. They master the fundamentals and then round out their training with activities like weightlifting, aerobic conditioning, eating with purpose, prioritizing sleep, stretching daily, exercising mindfulness and many others.
I started House Elite out of a necessity to formulate a holistic method of training - I call it The Program. These are the same methods I utilize daily to train NBA players. There’s no better way to build athletes and unlock their greatest athletic potential than The Program. Success is no easy task, but I welcome the challenge and I invite you to #BecomeElite.
