THe Pre-season Prep training camp consists of fast-paced, high-energy workouts specifically designed to prepare athletes physically and mentally for the upcoming highschool basketball season. Athletes will workout on the court and in the Performance Gym (WEight Room).
Topics covered include:
Defensive techniques
Handling pressure
Changing pace
Reads and IQ-based in-game actions
Shooting mechanics
Footwork and finishing techniques
Mental toughness
Goal setting and motivation
Every athlete will head into tryouts with a stronger skill set and mindset.

Space is limited to a maximum of 15 athletes per workout.
