THe Pre-season Prep training camp consists of 2 fast-paced, high-energy workouts specifically designed to prepare athletes physically and mentally for the upcoming middle school basketball season.

Topics covered include:

  • Defensive techniques

  • Handling pressure 

  • Changing pace

  • Reads and IQ-based in-game actions

  • Shooting mechanics

  • Footwork and finishing techniques

  • Mental toughness

  • Goal setting and motivation

Every athlete will head into tryouts with a stronger skill set and mindset.
